Epsom salt brings numerous benefits to the body, a popular natural remedy for a number of ailments, it is relaxing and relieving, boosts transdermal magnesium and cleanses the skin. Traditionally used to detoxify and relieve painful muscles and feet, now re-emerges in modern care rituals to bring its richness in bioavailable magnesium.

USE RECOMMENDATIONS 

  • simply put in a hot bath, and relaxation is assured
  • as an ingredient in bath preparations, bath salts
  • as an ingredient in scrub blends, exfoliating treatments for the body
  • add 3-5 Tbsp. to warm bath water and soak for 20 minutes, upto three times a week
  • combine 250 gr of Epsom salt with 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil + 1-2 tsp of essential oil like peppermint, lavender, grapefruit, rosemary, wintergreen or lemon eucalyptus; put it in a glass jar and use a suitable amount once a week
  • add 1-2 Tbsp to warm water for foot soak
