USE RECOMMENDATIONS
- simply put in a hot bath, and relaxation is assured
- as an ingredient in bath preparations, bath salts
- as an ingredient in scrub blends, exfoliating treatments for the body
- add 3-5 Tbsp. to warm bath water and soak for 20 minutes, upto three times a week
- combine 250 gr of Epsom salt with 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil + 1-2 tsp of essential oil like peppermint, lavender, grapefruit, rosemary, wintergreen or lemon eucalyptus; put it in a glass jar and use a suitable amount once a week
- add 1-2 Tbsp to warm water for foot soak
